Terms and Conditions for the affiliate program

1. The General Terms apply to these Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Program, upon any discrepancy between this specific Section, or the General Terms, the latter will apply. All capitalized terms that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions for Challenges shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms.

2. If you are chosen to be an affiliate by the members of our commercial Team you will have the following conditions.

• You will have an Affiliate Promotion Code to share with your friends.
• You will have to be an active User for the Affiliate program to be applicable to you. Once you share the Affiliate Promotion Code with your friends you have been deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• Once your friends apply your Affiliate Promotion Code they will be considered as your “Referees”.
• There Referees have to be New Users who have not been registered before in the App or in the Site.
• Once the Referee makes its first purchase of an Astropay Card using your Affiliate Promotion Code, they will receive a one-time extra Gift Astropay Card worth 10% of the value of the first Astropay Card purchased (with a maximum of 15 USD).
• The Gift Astropay Card will be credited in the same currency of the first purchase.
• As from the Referee’s second purchase, the Affiliate will receive a “Bonus” Astropay Gift Cards according to the purchases of its Referees. The amount of the Bonus Affiliates Gift Cards will depend on the commercials and percentages agreed with the commercial contact when being onboarded as an Affiliate and will always be in local currency.
• The aforementioned benefit will be valid for 6 months from the first purchase of the Referees.
• The Gift Astropay Cards and the Bonus will be received and credited on the Users’ balance within 10 working days from the initial purchase.
• At any given time Astropay may decide to cease a user of its condition of Affiliate.
• Whenever applicable, by these T&C the Affiliate grants AstroPay a non-exclusive royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, copy, publicly perform or display its content, username, image and information. Upon the program cessation, the aforementioned rights to use the Affiliate content and image, will remain for the following 5 years.

3. All promotions mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, may be amended, changed, and/or canceled without prior notice to the User.
