These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the General Terms of
AstroPay and they are binding upon you. All capitalized terms that are not defined in
these Terms and Conditions for Challenges shall have the meaning ascribed to them in
the General Terms.

From time to time, some Users may be eligible to participate in bonus programs. Said
bonus programs, as their conditions, amount and issuance, shall be subject to our
discretion, and applicable terms and conditions. The bonuses shall be non-transferable
and non-refundable. Any bonus offered by us is limited to one per User unless
otherwise stated on the specific terms and conditions.

All promotions mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, may be amended, changed,
and/or canceled without prior notice to the User. AstroPay reserves the right to end a
promotion at any time.

Except otherwise expressly stated, a promotion, bonus or coupon may not be used in
combination with other promotions, bonuses or coupons. In case of coupons, each
web-coupon will be valid for use by the recipient only once and may not be used in
conjunction with other promotions.

Users may receive a link that makes them eligible to enjoy a discount on deposits or
payments. Unless otherwise stated, the link will only be available to the recipient
and shall only be used one time within the term and up to the amount stipulated in the
advertisement, communication, printed material or social media.

Except for liability that may not by law be excluded, AstroPay will not be liable for
any loss, claim, cost, expense, liability or injury suffered by any person in any way
associated with any promotion or for any prizes, discounts or bonuses, including but
not limited to any financial loss, damage or any injury arising out of the refusal,
cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer
to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

AstroPay' s decision on all matters relating to any promotion will be final,
conclusive and binding on all Users, and no correspondence shall be entertained. In
the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions or the General Terms
and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these
Terms and Conditions and the General Terms will prevail.

Any applicable taxes, including VAT, shall be borne by the User.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the collection, use, storage and disclosure of
his/her personal data shall be governed by the terms of AstroPay’s Privacy
Policy.

By entering any promotion and/or taking out a policy to enter into any Promotion, you
are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these General Terms as well as the
specific terms and conditions relating to the relevant promotion below (“Specific
Terms”).

Information on how to enter the relevant promotion, including any instructions, dates
or requirements in advertisements, printed material, social media, communications or
websites will form part of the terms and conditions for the relevant promotion. To the
extent of any inconsistency in the information in any advertisements, printed material
or websites, the General Terms and Specific Terms will prevail.

All promotions are bound by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
